Today I am looking a little about surveys. In Brazil we have only more opinion surveys but in foreign country there are another surveys, not only opinion. And I realize that they really can change our products to better when we give our opinion in that survey answers.
There are more in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. they have more opportunitties to make diference in their products because there are more types of surveys: to drive, to eat, to give opinion.
They send the product to test and the person give opinion about the new product. They ask for test of drive to know about the car in question. They ask for a person to eat something to know the taste. I saw these things in this site bellow:
